§8 – EU Online Dispute Resolution
The EU Commission provides a platform for online dispute resolution (ODR):

We are neither obliged nor willing to participate in a dispute resolution procedure before a consumer arbitration board. If you have an issue, just write to us. In most cases, we find a solution long before things get complicated.

§9 – Final Provisions
(1) The law of the Federal Republic of Germany applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG). However, for consumers whose permanent residence is outside Germany, German law does not apply insofar as the national law of the consumer contains mandatory provisions that cannot be contractually waived to the consumer’s disadvantage.
(2) Should individual provisions of these General Terms and Conditions prove invalid or unenforceable, the validity of the remaining provisions shall not be affected.
(3) Amendments or additions to these Terms and Conditions must be made in text form.
